Springfield Museum Opening

Soaked

Soaked

Purely Pastel Artists hung an awesome show that will be up all of May at the Springfield Museum.  My pieces are of the gray, wettest of winter and spring fields outside of Cheshire, Oregon

.

Gregg's Barn

Three members of PPA also have pieces in the national juried Emerald Spring Exhibition down the block. Two of us won prizes–Gladys a big one for her sexy leeks, and me!  My entry is a pastel created during last summer on a outing with Vineyards and Vistas.  I like it because although it is a painting of a barn, it reads as an abstract as well.
